The Nollywood industry in Nigeria remains undefeated, even when our Nollywood celebrities are not on set, their individual personal life is more than enough entertainment for fans.

This week, we shall be looking at another side of our Nollywood female entertainers, we will simply be gushing over their successes and achievements. One of the most controversial female Nollywood entertainers, Tonto Dikeh, fondly referred to as King Tonto, took delivery of her Bentley. This is coming some months after she moved into her new house; a 6-bedroom mansion in the Aso Drive area of Abuja on the 19th of March 2021.

While this news will generate quite a lot of reactions and questions from fans, we will not deny how the female Nollywood entertainers make power moves and pile up achievements over their male colleagues. These moves have been questioned a lot, with curious fans wondering if the female entertainers get paid better than their male colleagues or maybe they are simply just more industrious.

Let’s see a couple of Nollywood female entertainers that have acquired mansions and properties in the last couple of years.

In 2018, Nollywood star, Mercy Aigbe acquired a multi-million naira mansion for herself and her kids in a choice area in Lagos. Of course, this sparked a lot of reactions on social media, as people rumored that it was a gift from a politician who was her sugar daddy. She also agreed that movies can’t pay her bills in one of her interviews.

In 2020, Nollywood Veteran actress, Iyabo Ojo acquired a lovely mansion in the Lekki area of Lagos. Fans and keypad warriors did not fail to react.

Nollywood star actress, Genevieve Nnaji has her mansion in the highbrow Parkview estate in Ikoyi, Lagos. The property is estimated at N220million. This of course was reported to be one of her many properties.

We also have the likes of Uche Jumbo, Yvonne Nelson, Oge Okoye, China Ike, and many more.

However, these powerful women have been bashed more than they have been commended, because we simply live in a world that questions every achievement that comes from women.

Notwithstanding, it is interesting to see how none of these distasteful comments have stopped any of these women from rising and taking up space. However, whatever it is that pays their bills should not be anyone’s business. The internet is simply filled with people who sin but judge other people for sinning differently.

We say a big congratulations to Nollywood star actress, King Tonto Dikeh for her newly acquired Bentley, and to every Nollywood star actress hiding their progress and blessings for the fear of being judged, we say congratulations too.

Achievement is an achievement regardless of what anyone has to say.
