A Nollywood actress named Ada Slim recently condemned a Nigerian lady for wearing a very short gown to church. The screen act shared a photo and video which showed the lady walking contentedly in the black mini-gown.
Ada who was really agitated about the shortness of the lady’s gown expressly urged others not to emulate her. According to the actress, it was not right to blame pastors and male members of being weak and carnal if ladies keep wearing indecent clothes to the church.
Even more, Ada said that although she is a feminist and an anti-molestation activist, she is also realistic about how possible it is for a man to be gripped by lust. In this sense, she warned ladies not to be instruments of temptation.

My eyes see something for church today 🙆🏼♀️🙆🏼♀️…….later we blame Pastors & weak brothers in the Lord. Yes most of us are guilty of hot sexy outfits but hell NO, not to church • • I’m a feminist & anti-rape/molestation activist but, as much as a man has no right to molest a woman becos of her dressing, am also realistic abt the fact that a man has a right to be tempted to lust…..don’t allow d devil to use u as an instrument of temptation to the body of Christ • • I have severally heard my Pastor’s wife (name withheld) talk about dress code to church so nobody should come here and attack Pentecostal Churches for tolerance “If you can’t wear it to work or job interview, don’t wear it to church” #Decencyinchurch #bodyofchrist #slayqueen #churchflow #Adakarl
Ada’s post attracted a lot of comments from Nigerians. While many agreed with her opinion on indecent dressing, there were few who felt no action on the part of a lady could justify molestation. In fact, a particular person slammed Ada for ‘stalking’ the lady.

Recently, a Nigerian lady urged women to stop dressing indecently to church. The woman whose name is Grace Amarachi gave this advice as a reaction to the ongoing COZA pastor saga that is presently trending. According to Grace, women are partly the cause of the increasing rate of immorality in the society.
