Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has reacted with humour and frustration after a viral TikTok post falsely claimed she had welcomed her second child, addressing the situation on her Instagram page on 15 June 2026.

The child rumours began circulating after a video surfaced on TikTok showing the actress with a newborn, sparking widespread congratulatory messages from fans who believed the post to be genuine.

In response, the comic actress clarified that she had not given birth again and used humour to dismiss the misleading content, urging creators on social media to stop spreading false narratives about her personal life.

“I don born again for TikTok. E sha je komo orun waye,” she wrote, expressing disbelief at the viral claim while playfully addressing the situation.

Toriola, known for her comedic roles and outspoken personality, described the situation as another example of how easily misinformation spreads online, especially when edited or fabricated content is involved.
