“Don’t marry an unforgiving woman” — Actress, Esther Nwachukwu warns as she berates May Edochie for refusing to forgive Yul Edochie following second wife saga

Controversial actress, Esther Nwachukwu has berated actor Yul Edochie’s first wife, May, for refusing to forgive him after he married a second wife.

Recall that Yul Edochie announced in April 2022 that he had married and welcomed a child with his colleague, Judy Austin-Edochie.

This infuriated his first wife, May, who expressed her displeasure with his decision to take a second wife and stated that she will not be forced to accept polygamy.

She wrote in part, “To reaffirm my stands, I will not be cajoled into accepting polygamy, which goes against my beliefs, faith, and values. I will not be numbered in a home that we started building with love, faith, tears, hopes, and prayers in a Catholic marriage of 18 years following a long term premarital relationship.”

Sadly, May Edochie lost her first son with her husband, Kambilichukwu, 16, to the cold hands of death on Thursday, May 30.

Esther took to social media after the death of the young boy to criticize May for not forgiving her husband and allowing peace to reign when he married Judy.

She accused the bereaved mother of looking for an exit strategy before the second wife saga and seizing the opportunity when he married Judy.

According to her, the now mother of three pulled the pity card and used her husband’s shortcoming to enrich herself, instead of sticking by him for better or worse.

Esther wrote,

Don’t #marry a woman who has the spirit of unforgiving . There was no domestic abuse nothing of such. Just cos he married a second wife . Yes it’s heart breaking and yes it’s disrespectful . What happened to the the oath? What happened to for better for worse? What happened to forgiveness?
