Controversial Nollywood actress Chioma Ifemeludike has condemned those who sleep around just to satisfy their urge and fantasies.

The actress however, made a case for those who have intimate affairs with others for financial gains.

According to her Instagram post, anyone who no longer connects with his or her partner intimately should be kind enough to let them know and stop exposing their children to danger.

Taking to her Instagram page, she wrote, “It’s disloyal to proclaim love to your partner and continue to have intimate affairs with other people, I mean what’s even the idea? Why the insatiable desire to taste every thing and everyone that comes across? Is there a certificate or rewards that come with it? Sometimes it even makes more sense if someone is in a financial situation and goes that route (still not a good idea) but it’s understandable than a situation where someone sleeps around for no reason other than an insatiable desire to have carnal knowledge of countless partners and this disgusting and filthy lifestyle is found amongst African men especially Nigerian men. If you no longer connect with your partner intimately please let them know, stop exposing innocent women and children to danger.”

Ifemeludike waded into the sex accusations trailing Apostle Suleman Johnson and Stephanie Otobo.

Stephanie Otobo who had in 2017 exposed the Apostle but made a U-turn after being paid, took Twitter by storm on May 9, 2022, with her fresh allegations that had screenshots of an x-rated video call she allegedly had with Suleman.

Part of Stephanie Otobo tweets reads “This man has done everything to end my life but God is not dead, this video is the complete story of how everything happened and how it’s going lately. I’ll release a comprehensive video of everything that happened and the answers to questions.

Apostle Johnson Suleman tried using police to shut me up because I visited Nigeria to do feature Timaya in a song. I already paid Clarence Peters for the visuals of the song before oga arrested me, cos i refused to obey him to go back to Canada. He wanted me to amount to nothing.”

Reacting to the call out and Suleman’s continuous denials, actress Ifemeludike who had also confessed to sleeping with the same cleric for money blasted him for debunking the viral reports.

Chioma Ifemeludike also slammed Suleman for hooking up with young girls old enough to be his daughters.

She wrote, “Joker!!! Oga No body is after you. If truly you are a man of God,All you have to do is accept your wrongs and stop trying to project yourself as a perfect human. You put that girl through a life and death situation and heaven will work against you if you don’t confess and seek the face of God. You claim to serve God and commit sexual immorality like no man’s business, you hook up with young girls old enough to be your daughters, girls you should be bringing closer to God. There is something definitely strange about your behaviour and if we had a functional government you should be investigated thoroughly. Woe to you and everyone supporting and trying to cover up your evil including all they actors and actresses recruiting ignorant young girls for you.”

“I do not like to mourn. I remember when my mom passed on, I just wanted to get out of it quickly. I like to get out of the situation quickly. I do not allow myself to break down, and it affected me after my mom’s death. And I almost died,” Akindele revealed.

For the first time I took my phone, I went live on social media and I’m like, you all should leave me alone. Do I know this person? No, this person came to act in my movie, got paid, and left. Why are you accusing me of something I didn’t do wrong?”

Akindele also detailed the overwhelming pressures she faced during this time. “Do you know what I’m going through? I lost my mum, my marriage fell apart, I lost in politics, I have to get back to work, I have to earn a living. I have children I’m raising alone and you are stressing me. So, for the first time, I cried. I broke down for weeks.” This story has become a major topic.

The District Court in Manhattan has mandated that Davido appear before the court to address the lawsuit, which was filed on April 4.

The legal action was initiated by Martins Chukwuka Emmanuel, Kelvin Ayodele Campbell, David Ovhioghena Umaru, and Abel Great Umaru, who claim that Davido unlawfully sampled their song’s instrumentals.

They allege that they shared the song with Davido in 2022, proposing a collaboration, but instead, he allegedly used their instrumentals without permission.

The lawsuit also implicates Emmerson, a Sierra Leonean singer, who is accused of contributing sampled vocals and instrumentals to Davido’s song.

The plaintiffs assert that Davido had initially agreed to a $45,000 settlement and a 40% royalty split in March 2025, but subsequently failed to honour this agreement.

The plaintiffs further claim that they increased their demand after Davido’s alleged breach of the initial agreement. To date, Davido has not publicly responded to the lawsuit, leaving the allegations unanswered. This Davido copyright lawsuit could have serious implications.

The 21-day ultimatum from the US court now puts pressure on Davido to address these claims, potentially leading to a high-profile legal battle. The outcome of this case could have significant implications for copyright law within the music industry.
