Sarah Agha, Marketing Director at Nigerian Breweries Plc, described the event as more than a campaign, calling it a statement of intent.

“Every December, Nigeria transforms into something extraordinary. What began as a local year-end celebration has evolved into a global cultural export, a season the world now calls Detty December,” Agha said.

She added that the company’s brands have always been central to the energy and excitement of the season, and this year the concert aims to deepen the connection to the Southwest.

For decades, Nigerian Breweries has been at the heart of December celebrations, supporting concerts, carnivals, and nightlife that have contributed to the growth of Detty December into a N100+ billion cultural and economic force.

The 2025 Goldberg Golden Xmas Concert will see the Ibadan Polo Club transformed into a vibrant space celebrating the region’s culture, music, and community.
