Jennifer Odonwodo tribute stirs emotions as she marks her 11th wedding anniversary without late husband Junior Pope, sharing deep love and lasting pain

Jennifer Odonwodo Tribute to her late husband, Junior Pope Odonwodo, has moved fans to tears as she marked what would have been their 11th wedding anniversary on July 26, 2025.

In an emotional Instagram post, Jennifer poured out her sorrow, grappling with the heartbreaking absence of her partner.

“JayyyyyPeeeee Jay To The Peeeeeee,” she began, using affectionate nicknames as she recalled their bond. “We nor do photoshoot this year ooo… Wetin happen nau??? So it’s true???” she lamented, reflecting on how real the loss now feels.

Junior Pope tragically passed away on April 10, 2024, after drowning in the Anam River in Anambra State. The couple, married since 2014, shared three sons together.

Jennifer admitted the months since his death have been overwhelming. “I never realized how soothing hugs were till I got some genuine ones after April 10th,” she shared.

Despite her pain, she expressed hope and spiritual connection, writing, “Keep interceding and watching over us… Mana ya diba… You are SORELY missed!”
