The home of well-known singer Adekunle Temitope, better known by his stage name Small Doctor, has caught fire.

Today, the singer posted a confirmation of the incident on his Instagram story. He did, however, provide the exact time of the incident.

He said that no lives were lost in the incident and added in Yoruba that a king’s palace burns down, but it only makes it more beautiful.

Small Doctor wrote in Pidgin:

“No pressure for the Lord is with me. No life was lost. Ile Alaafin to jo, ewa lo bu kun. That is to say, king house wey burn, na make beautification fit plenty. Iyanu mashele soonest. Mi o foh, I no break.”
