Taiwo Hassan emphasised that both parties must be willing adults for such relationships to be considered acceptable.

According to Taiwo Hassan, some individuals enter the industry with personal expectations, including the hope of forming relationships with established figures.

He noted that during his early days at Odunfa, different aspiring actors were drawn to various senior colleagues, highlighting how admiration and proximity often shape workplace interactions.

Taiwo Hassan further explained that, in his view, there is nothing wrong if a senior colleague expresses romantic interest in an apprentice, as long as it is done respectfully and without force.
