Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has appointed popular Nollywood Actress, Laide Bakare as senior special adviser to the governor on entertainment, arts, tourism and culture.

The 43 years old Nollywood actress hails from Ibadan, Oyo State while her mother is from Oshogbo, Osun State.

The new SSA announced her appointment in an Instagram post on Thursday with photos from her visit to the governor.

Laide Bakare also thanked Adeleke for the opportunity to serve, promising to deliver her best.

According to her, “NOW AN HONORABLE ya Allah I am grateful . To my New Boss GOVERNOR ADEMOLA JACKSON ADELEKE Imole Osun. Thank you so much for the trust and opportunity to serve. I promise to deliver my Best. So help me God SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE GOVERNOR OF OSUN STATES ON ENTERTAINMENT, ART, CULTURE AND TOURISM.
