The video, filmed on a movie set, showcased Bisola praising Biola’s strength and kindness, urging her to remain calm.

“Your kindness and strength are what make you unique and stand out, my darling… Please be calm, everything is under control,” Bisola wrote on Instagram, tagging Biola Bayo’s account.

The controversy stemmed from an interview in which Baba Ijesha addressed past rape allegations.

He denied being a rapist or pedophile and criticised Iyabo Ojo for doubting him despite past support for her children.

The interview sparked public outrage, drawing criticism toward both Ijesha and Biola Bayo.

Following the backlash, Biola removed the video from her YouTube channel and hid it from her Instagram reels.

She later shared an apology video, explaining the situation and clarifying that she does not, and will never, support a rapist, while tendering an apology to Iyabo Ojo and the Nigerian public.

For context, Princess had accused Baba Ijesha in 2021 of sexually assaulting her 14-year-old ward.

Ijesha was subsequently sentenced to five years in prison in 2022 and spent over three years in custody before his release on 15 November 2025, following a successful Appeal Court decision.
