‘Last Last’, Burna Boy’s hit song has earned him a Diamond Certification in France. The France Music Certification body SNEP declared the smash hit Diamond and made the announcement via its Instagram page as the popular single reached 50 million streams in France.

‘Last Last’ was released in 2022 as one of the lead singles off Burna Boy’s Grammy-nominated 6th album ‘Love, Damini’. The single about heartbreak excels on its brilliant production, its infectious melody and use of Nigerian colloquialism.

The single earned a Grammy nomination in the World Music category and performed impressively on the charts including in France where it peaked at NO. 23. This lines up with the recent award given to Burna Boy’s song ‘Gbona’ which earned a Platinum plaque in France while ‘Alone’ also earned a Gold plaque as the superstar continues to be at the forefront of exporting African music.

The single ‘ Last Last’ has also been certified Platinum in the US, the UK, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Australia, and 2X Platinum in Canada.
