“Rest in peace, Alex Ekubo. I am deeply saddened by your passing,” Chiwetalu Agu said. “As a fellow actor who has walked this path for many years, I know how much passion, sacrifice and heart you poured into your craft. You were young, talented and full of promise, and it hurts to see a light like yours go out so soon.”

The veteran continued with warmth and respect: “The stage and screen haven’t just lost an actor but a storyteller who still has many roles left to bring to life. Your presence, energy, and dedication will not be forgotten.”
