Didi Ekanem lashes out at Rosy Meurer over marriage claims, following her husband Olakunle Churchill’s birthday celebration of son with Tonto Dikeh

Nollywood actress Didi Ekanem has publicly criticised colleague Rosy Meurer over her recent revelations regarding Meurer’s marriage to actor Olakunle Churchill, following the celebration of Churchill’s son, King Andre’s 10th birthday with his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh.

Reports had suggested that Rosy Meurer unfollowed Churchill on Instagram after the celebration, but the actress clarified in a video posted on her page that she remained connected with her husband and denied any reason to unfollow him.

Meurer also dismissed claims that she had snatched Churchill from Dikeh, stressing that he had been supportive of her career while she was not involved with him during his marriage.

Slamming what she called false narratives, Meurer urged the public to allow her husband to spend time with his son in peace, while admonishing social media users for intentionally circulating misinformation on the boy’s birthday.

Reacting to Meurer’s clarifications, Didi Ekanem criticised the actress for delaying her revelations.

Ekanem highlighted that Meurer had a decade to speak out but chose to share her story only after the former couple publicly celebrated their son. She wrote on social media: “You had 10 years to tell your story, but never did. As soon as they reconciled and he’s finally getting the chance to celebrate his first son, boom. You decided to tell your story. We hear you!”
