Nollywood actress and politician Eniola Badmus has taken to social media to share reflections on
her 15-year weight loss journey, celebrating the progress she has made and the lessons learned along the way.

On her Instagram page, Badmus, who serves as Special Assistant for Social Events and Public Hearings to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abass, posted a throwback photo from 15 years ago.

She expressed gratitude for the transformation, writing: “All I can say is thanks you Lord for the journey so far.”

The actress previously highlighted that body size does not determine an individual’s worth.

She encouraged people pursuing weight loss to do so out of self-love rather than shame, noting that true transformation begins in the mind and requires conscious, consistent effort.
