Kadiri shared her thoughts in a video posted online, where she described the situation as overwhelming and increasingly difficult for ordinary families to manage.

The actress said the cost of basic food items such as pepper and tomatoes has surged to the point where some families now spend as much as ₦5,000 on essentials for daily meals.

“If someone like me can feel it, I wonder what other people are going through,” she said, highlighting the widening gap between income levels and the cost of living.
