The senator issued a statement through his communication team on Tuesday, dismissing the claims as false.

The denial follows allegations by Daniels that Nwoko had allegedly sent family members to plead with her while simultaneously “calling her out” online.

Actress Doris Ogala also echoed the claim in a post on Instagram.

Senator Nwoko insisted that he has no intention of bringing Regina back to his home. He also refuted her allegations concerning drugs and sexual misconduct, describing them as untrue and unprovable. According to him, Daniels’ recent social media outbursts stem from the “continuous influence of hard drugs.”

He added that their last WhatsApp exchange reflected his frustration with her behaviour, including an ultimatum that she either return to rehabilitation or he would cease funding her lifestyle. Nwoko claimed that Daniels reacted violently, causing damage to cars and other property.

The senator also addressed a video Daniels posted online showing him in a private bathroom moment, stating he was shocked that such a personal incident was made public.
