Famous Nollywood actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham stated that the president-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is truly the people’s choice in the just concluded 2023 general election.

She made the disclosure on Twitter while responding to a fan @Ogaknowledge, who questioned her over the president-elect’s victory.

The user asked, “Aunty Toyin, is Tinubu really the people’s choice?, Did he really win the election?”

In her response, the actress said, “Yes darling, he is. A lot of people are just scared of bullies and curses, so they didn’t say anything online, but they voted for him. I know a lot like that. Imagine all the curses I got, but it’s fine it’s all past tense now. At least he is our President, so let’s all just focus.

Recall that the actress was called out, insulted, and trolled on social media for supporting the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate.

The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) had earlier arraigned VDM on charges of alleged impersonation, leading to his detention last week.

VeryDarkMan was granted bail in the sum of N2 million, with the court requiring him to provide two sureties, each to post an equivalent amount.
