Veteran Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji celebrated her 44th birthday in style with close friends and loved ones.

The thespian turned 44 on Wednesday, May 3rd and was widely celebrated on social media by colleagues and fans.

However, Genevieve Nnaji, who has been on a social media hiatus for a while now and deleted all her Instagram posts, didn’t make any posts on her birthday, which got fans worried and asking about her whereabouts.

Well, a video of the actress celebrating the day surrounded by her friends and loved ones has been shared online.

She had a simple get-together yesterday with her friends and loved ones. In the video that emerged, Genevieve was looking perfectly fine, radiating with a smile as she cut her cake.

In other news, fashion stylist and sister to Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, Ronami Ogulu, has expressed her delight and pride at his attire for the Met Gala in 2023.

The yearly event was held on Monday, May 1, 2023, in the Metropolitan Museum, and several well-known people from over the world were there.

The theme for this year paid homage to the late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld.

Taking to her Instagram page, Ronami posted images of Burna Boy sporting a blue Burberry suit that she and her favorite designer, Daniel Lee, collaborated on.

She continued to brag about getting her brother to the event, calling it one of her greatest accomplishments.

She wrote;

“Successfully convincing @burnaboygram to attend the Met is probably my biggest achievement. Thanks for having us @burberry, look co-designed with my fave Daniel Lee.”

Fans and fashion experts alike have complimented Burna Boy’s presentation at the Met Gala, with many praising his daring and fashionable choice of clothing.
