Speaking on a podcast, Drake revealed that about three years ago, he was arrested in Sweden under baffling circumstances.

The incident reportedly began when the girlfriend of a police officer attended a private party Drake hosted.

“Apparently, we did a private party, and one of the officers, his girl came to the party,” Drake said.

“They arrested me way too aggressive, and they arrested me for nothing.”

When asked about the duration of his detention, Drake jokingly guessed, “Three days? Nine hours,” before correcting himself with a smirk, leaving the exact time somewhat ambiguous but clearly short.

Despite the interviewer’s attempt to lighten the mood by asking if the experience was “fun” or worthwhile, Drake was firm: “No, no, no. It wasn’t good. I got arrested for nothing.”
