Popular Nigerian content creator Egungun of Lagos has addressed the controversy surrounding his leaked private video in an unconventional manner.

The viral tape, which captured Egungun exposing his private organ to an unidentified woman, has sparked widespread reactions across social media.

According to reports, the incident stemmed from a mishap involving Egungun’s Snapchat story. His wife, Pashotah, claimed on Instagram that a Snapchat user screen-recorded the video meant for her and attempted to use it for blackmail.

Despite the uproar, Egungun appeared unbothered by the incident. On Monday, he shared a video on social media in which he danced energetically with a woman to the hit song ‘Gimme Love’ by Zlatan and Olamide.

He captioned the post with the words, “That’s massive baby, but still give me your love baby,” seemingly brushing off the controversy.

The video has further divided public opinion. While some criticised his apparent indifference, others admired his composure in the face of a scandal.

Pashotah has continued to defend her husband, maintaining that the video was never intended for public consumption.

Egungun’s defiant response suggests he remains focused on maintaining his brand and addressing the situation on his own terms, regardless of the backlash.
