The actor posted the message on Instagram, addressing what he described as “strong men”.

He contrasted gestures of affection with what he implied were more casual or transactional approaches in modern relationships.

“Bro to Bro: Maybe never go with flowers and chocolate where others go with lubricant and condoms. Strong men only. Not for boys. Amen,” he wrote.

The statement sparked conversation online, with many interpreting it as a call for emotional maturity and intentional commitment.

In an earlier post, Jim Iyke addressed financial expectations in relationships.

He suggested that when visits to a partner consistently involve monetary demands, the dynamic shifts away from genuine connection.

The actor has recently shared several reflective messages about relationships.

In one, he advised that men focused on building success should either remain single or choose partners who align with their goals. He stressed the importance of stability and purpose.

Despite keeping his private life largely out of the public eye, Jim Iyke has disclosed aspects of his past relationships.

In 2022, he revealed that he had been married twice and has three children.

He also spoke about the emotional toll of personal loss.

The actor linked the breakdown of one marriage to the impact of his mother’s death, which he said altered his behaviour and created distance.

Jim Iyke was previously linked to Nadia Buari between 2013 and 2014.
