Portable becomes ‘ambassador’ for Nigeria Police

Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has revealed that he is now an ambassador for the Nigeria Police.

Portable was arrested following his alleged refusal to pay the debt he incurred when he purchased Mercedes Benz GLE 350 from Ogunsanwo Temitope (Temmy Autos), a car dealer in the state.

It was gathered that Portable had paid only N13 million after purchasing the vehicle, which was worth N27 million. He was said to have refused to pay the N14 million balance.

The car dealer reportedly took the matter to the police, leading to the arrest of the singer.

Portable was rearrested for assaulting a police officer

In a recent Instagram post, the ‘Zazu’ crooner advocated for support for the police, noting that they are “our friends.”

On his ordeal, he said he believes that every “disappointment is a blessing.”

He wrote, “Zazuu federal government libeliability. Omo ijoba Police Ambassador I do music for living star don’t beg to shine. Akoi grace wey no dey disgrace.

I no fit run from God that’s all my believing God is over everything after God na government Police is our friends I believe in God my phone and sub any disappointment is a blessings. ZehNation many many inspiration.”

The movie producer, who stated this in an interview on Hip TV’s Trending, emphasised his commitment to professionalism.

Expressing his frustration with the high rate of unprofessionalism in the industry, Ikeduba stated: “The movie industry is very big. What works for A, may not work for B.
