Emeka Rollas, in a detailed Instagram post on Thursday, told Rita Daniels to focus on her daughter Regina’s health instead of contesting the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) presidency.

He also criticised Nollywood veterans for remaining silent over the ongoing publicised breakup between Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, stating: “Regarding Regina, we all know she needs help. Your silence is unfair.”

In response, Regina Daniels took to her Instagram story to vehemently reject the claim. She wrote, “Respectfully, there must be something wrong with you, sir, to say I need help?”

The actress further accused Rollas of ingratitude and financial misconduct, stating, “I say you are a disgrace of a president who just visits one office to another, enriching his pocket under the guise of catering to the wellbeing of actors.

Well, I’m not shocked because that is how you get paid—bringing women to my family home several times to take swimming lessons, which I warned you about—hence your bitterness.”

The tension comes amid recent controversy surrounding Regina Daniels and Senator Ned Nwoko. Daniels had posted a viral video alleging domestic violence, while the senator denied the claims and accused her of drug abuse.
