Lekan Olatunji, a prominent figure in Nollywood, is facing another devastating blow as he mourns the loss of his wife, just a year after surviving a horrific car accident. The news was shared by journalist Temilola Sobola on her Instagram page, leaving fans heartbroken for the actor who has endured multiple hardships in recent years.

The exact cause of his wife’s passing has not been disclosed to the public at this time. However, it is clear that this loss will bring profound pain and heartbreak to Olatunji, who relied on his wife’s unwavering support during his recovery from the car accident.

In June 2022, Olatunji was involved in a ghastly motor accident that left him with several bodily injuries. He spent months in the hospital, undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. Reflecting on the accident, Olatunji revealed that he had a strange feeling about his journey on the day of the incident. Despite this intuition, he proceeded with his plans and boarded a car to Ikorodu for a movie shoot. However, he unexpectedly fell asleep during the journey and woke up in the hospital.

Olatunji expressed gratitude for the support he received from his colleagues in the industry and leaders such as TAMPAN President Bolaji Amusan and Ogun State Governor Owolabi Ajala, who visited him during his hospitalization.
