Popular Nigerian singer, Rema, has come forward to address the persistent rumours and conspiracy theories suggesting his involvement with the Illuminati, a secret society often associated with a range of unfounded and sensational claims.

In a post on his Instagram story, the young artist categorically denied any affiliation with the Illuminati and reaffirmed his commitment to his music career since the very beginning.

He urged his fans, affectionately known as “Ravers,” to educate others about his background and heritage.

Rema stressed the importance of understanding the key colors of his culture and the significance of elements specific to Benin, the city where he hails from.

Addressing the Illuminati rumors head-on, Rema declared them as “trash” and stressed the hard work he dedicates to producing quality music.

He urged his fans to give credit where it is due, emphasizing that the creative process is a result of dedication and talent.

Rema’s words;

“Day 1 Ravers, help educate the new Ravers that I’ve been on this bat shit for a long time. Y’all would have so much clarity if you easily Google where I’m from, what the key colors of my heritage are, what flies in the skies of Benin every evening, etc.

“As I evolve, my execution will evolve unapologetically. Please know your artist. It’s why I do interviews. And that Illuminati talk is trash. I work too hard to create art for you guys to give the glory to some diabolical shit. Dead it now. Jesus is King.”
