In an Instagram post on Sunday, the veteran Nollywood actress urged her colleagues in the entertainment industry to exercise caution and apply wisdom when dealing with followers, especially on social media.

The actress noted that some fans, while appearing supportive, often create division and unnecessary conflict, particularly among family and close associates. According to her, navigating fame without discernment can lead to strained personal relationships.

“Some fans can make you quarrel with your entire family if you are not gifted with wisdom. Let us be careful e get why ooooooo,” she wrote, highlighting the hidden dangers behind seemingly innocent gestures from overzealous followers.

Edochie also pointed out that social media often presents distorted realities, cautioning entertainers not to take every comment or gesture at face value.
