Sharon Ooja Celebrates 2nd Wedding Anniversary with a heartfelt tribute, revealing how parenthood strengthened her marriage and family bond

Nollywood actress Sharon Ooja has celebrated her second wedding anniversary with her husband, sharing an emotional tribute that reflected on their journey through marriage and the transformative experience of becoming parents.

The actress took to social media on Sunday, 29 June, to mark the milestone, posting a collection of photographs alongside a heartfelt message about love, faith and family.

Sharon Ooja said the anniversary carried special meaning because it is the couple’s first as parents.

Looking back on their wedding day two years ago, Sharon Ooja described her husband as her best friend, favourite person and “actual twin”, saying their relationship has remained “unshakeable, inseparable and unwavering” since exchanging vows.

“Happy 2nd anniversary to us. This day two years ago, we stood before God and vowed. Three words that perfectly describe us: Unshakeable. Inseparable. Unwavering,” Sharon Ooja wrote.

The actress revealed that welcoming their son has brought a powerful new dimension to their marriage. Sharon Ooja said pregnancy and parenthood deepened their love in ways she had never imagined, praising her husband for supporting her throughout the journey.

According to Sharon Ooja, her husband attended every prenatal hospital appointment and even joined her for lactation classes, gestures she said demonstrated genuine love and commitment.

“This anniversary means even more because this year, we are celebrating not only as husband and wife, but also as Mommy and Daddy to our beautiful prince. Pregnancy and becoming parents deepened the love in ways I never imagined,” Sharon Ooja said.

As part of the celebration, the actress also shared the story behind the photographs.

Sharon Ooja recalled that they were taken by a stranger while she was heavily pregnant after the couple drove to a restaurant on Rodeo Drive to satisfy a craving for a particular pasta dish.

The light-hearted memory added a personal touch to a message that centred on gratitude, faith and enduring companionship.

Sharon Ooja concluded by praying for God’s continued guidance over their home and expressing appreciation for the life they have built together.

The actress married her husband in 2024 in a series of high-profile traditional and white wedding ceremonies that attracted widespread attention across Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
