Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has opened up about her special relationship with her mother.

The *Love Me Jeje* crooner revealed that she shares everything she has with her, highlighting the deep connection they have.

Speaking in an interview with *ET* on the sidelines of the 67th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, Tems described her mother as a central figure in her life.

“What I have is hers [my mother’s]. We share everything I have,” she said, expressing gratitude for her mother’s unwavering support.

Tems has previously shared that she and her brother were singlehandedly raised by their mother, a journey that has influenced her music and personal growth.

On the same night, Tems’ song *Love Me Jeje* won the **Best African Music Performance** award, making her a two-time Grammy winner.

While accepting the prestigious award on stage, she dedicated it to her mother, reinforcing their strong bond.

Reflecting on her win, she said, “I’m grateful to God. I’m thankful. I think it’s a blessing. I’m extremely blessed and favoured. I just want to give that out in any way that I can.”
