Uche Ogbodo, the Nollywood actress and entrepreneur, has expressed heartfelt gratitude to God following the success of her second cosmetic surgery.

Just days earlier, the actress had publicly asked her fans to pray for her as she prepared for another body enhancement procedure. In a fresh Instagram update, Uche revealed that the surgery — a 360 liposuction — was completed successfully, thanking God for guiding her through the process safely.

Sharing a short recovery video, she wrote, “It ended in praise! Second phase done and dusted! Been through it and back like I never left! Shout Power! Goddess Isika! Thank you, Lord Jesus .”

The post quickly drew a flood of reactions from fans and followers. While some questioned her decision to undergo another surgery, others commended her courage and openness.
