Nollywood actress Uche Jombo has made an emotional promise following the death of her colleague Alex Ekubo, reflecting on shared memories and offering support to his family during a heartfelt gathering in Lagos, Nigeria, on a recent date.

“As we sat around your wife today talking about you, through the tears came heavy laughter,” she wrote, noting that the atmosphere felt unmistakably like the Alex Ekubo they all knew.

She added that while the loss remains painful, there is comfort in believing that he is now free from suffering.

She also made a heartfelt commitment to support the late actor’s wife, stating that they would ensure she is not left alone during this difficult period.

“We got her,” she assured in her message, highlighting a promise of care and solidarity.
