While hosting an event in Ketu, Lanko was informed and rushed to the hospital. His fame worked in his father’s favor, as his popularity among the crowd drew the doctor’s attention and ensured prompt medical care.

Grateful for his son’s intervention, his father was moved to tears. “When I went back to my father, I met him crying. He said he never thought a day like that would come, that I would be the one to come to his rescue,” the actor recalled.

The experience softened his father’s heart and ultimately led to reconciliation. For Lanko, the journey highlights how resilience, success, and forgiveness can heal even the deepest family rifts.
