Bandra Court orders FIR Ali Abbas Zafar, producer Himanshu Kishan Mehra, and finance head Ekessh Randive after allegations of massive financial irregularities in the making of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.

The complaint, filed by veteran producer Vashu Bhagnani, accuses the trio of cheating, forgery, criminal breach of trust, and conspiracy involving over ₹150 crore.

The court noted that the charges are serious, cognizable, and non-bailable. It directed Bandra Police to register an FIR and investigate under multiple IPC sections.

Including 120B (criminal conspiracy), 406 (breach of trust), 420 (cheating), and several sections related to forgery and defamation.

This ruling marks a major escalation in what could become one of Bollywood’s most high-profile financial disputes. Legal experts suggest the probe could have far-reaching consequences for industry practices.
