Blessing Obasi thanks fans after her son’s birthday celebration, saying the family felt every message, prayer, gift and gesture of love

Nollywood actress Blessing Obasi has thanked family, friends and fans for the outpouring of love that followed her son Jaybob’s birthday celebration on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Obasi shared a new photograph of her family while reflecting on the celebration, describing the occasion as a beautiful experience and saying the family remained grateful for the affection shown to Jaybob.

“Our hearts are full,” the actress wrote.

Obasi said her son was still enjoying the warmth and attention that came with the birthday celebration, while expressing appreciation to everyone who marked the occasion with the family.

“Yesterday was beautiful in every sense of the word, and Jaybob is still basking in all the love,” she said.

The actress acknowledged the different ways people supported the family, including messages, phone calls, prayers, social media posts and gifts.

“Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us, sent messages, called, prayed, posted, gifted and poured so much love into our family,” Obasi wrote.

She added that the family noticed and appreciated every gesture, stressing that the support was not being taken for granted.

“We felt every single bit of it, and we do not take any of it for granted,” she said.

Obasi also offered a heartfelt prayer for those who celebrated with her family, asking that the kindness they showed be returned to them abundantly.

“May God return the love you gave us a thousandfold and give you countless reasons to be celebrated too in Jesus Name. Ameen,” she wrote.

The actress ended the message with a simple expression of gratitude, signing off with, “From my very full heart… THANK YOU.”
