Nollywood actress Debbie Shokoya has celebrated her husband, Lukman Ejalonibu, with a warm birthday tribute on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, describing him as her love, best friend, support system and the father of her children.

Shokoya shared a video featuring herself and Ejalonibu on social media as she marked his special day with affectionate words and prayers for the year ahead.

The actress highlighted the different roles her husband plays in her life, affectionately calling him her “slave driver”, “cheerleader” and “ATM”.

“Happy Birthday To The Love Of My Life, My Support System, My Best Friend, Father Of My Kids, My Slave Driver, My Cheerleader, My ATM,” Shokoya wrote.

She also expressed appreciation for his presence and support, describing him as someone who has remained an important part of her personal life.

“I Love You So Much, Adetola. Thanks For All That You Do,” she added.

Shokoya rounded off the heartfelt message with prayers for her husband, wishing him longevity, good health and prosperity.

“May This Year Be The Best Of Your Years… Long Life In Good Health And Wealth, Oko Mi,” she wrote.

The birthday message offered a glimpse into the couple’s affectionate relationship, with Shokoya balancing humour and tenderness in the way she described her husband.
