Actress Bolaji Ogunmola says she is happy and blessed but chooses to keep her love life private to protect her partner from public scrutiny

Nollywood actress Bolaji Ogunmola has opened up about her approach to relationships, revealing why she deliberately keeps details of her love life away from the public.

The actress made the disclosure during an interview with television host Morayo Afolabi Brown, where she said she was happy and grateful for how her life was unfolding.

While Ogunmola did not disclose whether she is currently in a relationship or identify a partner, she explained that she prefers to keep that part of her life private.

According to the actress, protecting the privacy of a partner is important because the person may not have chosen the level of public attention that comes with being associated with a celebrity.

“I’m happy, but for me, it’s important that my partner or future partner didn’t ask for this life, so I feel it’s unfair for me to drag him into it,” she said.

“What people don’t know can’t hurt, so I’d rather say I’m happy; I’m blessed; God is good.”

Ogunmola’s comments reflect a deliberate boundary between her public career and her personal relationships.

As an actress, she is accustomed to having aspects of her professional life discussed publicly, but her remarks suggest that she does not believe the same level of access should automatically extend to the person she may be romantically involved with.
