Olakunle Churchill, a Nigerian businessman, in Lagos publicly dismissed reports of a divorce involving Roseline Meurer, stating that no legally recognised marriage existed between both parties and describing the circulating claims as false.

Churchill Denies Rosy Meurer Divorce Reports, followed widespread online reports alleging that the relationship between the two had ended in formal separation proceedings, a claim Churchill firmly rejected in a statement shared via Instagram.

Churchill explained that while both individuals had an introduction ceremony, there was no court or church wedding, making any suggestion of divorce legally baseless under Nigerian law.

“There was no legally recognised marriage. There was no church wedding and no court wedding. What took place was an introduction. Therefore, the idea of a divorce is baseless from the outset,” Churchill stated.

Addressing further speculation, Churchill said he had not been served with any legal notice, questioning the authenticity and process behind the claims being circulated in public discourse.

Churchill Dismisses Rosy Meurer Divorce Rumours also touched on broader concerns about misinformation, with Churchill criticising what he described as inaccurate media narratives and questionable legal interpretations surrounding the issue.

Churchill additionally referenced past personal matters involving actress Tonto Dikeh, noting that previous disputes had been resolved privately and should not be used to frame current narratives.
