Nollywood actor and movie producer Akin Olaiya is a year older today.

The top Yoruba actor took to his Instagram page to share a slideshow of photos to mark his new age.

Akin captioned it with a gratifying message to his creator.

“Allihamdulilai Robili Alamina plus +1”.

Akin Olaiya’s birthday will mark a double celebration for him as he sets to premiere bus new movie, Aiki D Warrior.

The filmmaker is set to hold a double-in-one event at Eagle’s club, Surulere, Lagos today, September 9.

Legendary singer, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall is set to perform at the event.

Counting her blessings, Bose noted how God has given her another year to live, laugh, and love.

Bose Akinola stated that her life has been more interesting than she could ask for at this age and she is happy that she was born like herself, not anyone else.

Nollywood actress, Bimbo Oshin, had debunked speculation that she was getting married to fellow actor, Akin Olaiya.

The 48-year-old stated this in an Instagram post.

Some online reports had claimed the Ondo-born actress was about to get married after she shared a picture of her and Akin from a movie set.

She captioned it “pre-wedding shoot with my long-time friend.”

Akin added fire to the speculation when he posted a screenshot of Bimbo’s post, writing “Is true I finally Found Love.”
With many confused at the real situation, Bimbo returned to Instagram on Saturday to explain that the picture is from a forthcoming movie titled Oba Ijaya.
She wrote, “WE have been receiving calls concerning a picture I posted two days ago with the caption “pre-wedding shoot with @akin_olaiya “Haha naw! Wetin happen gan sef! It was a professional stunt for a movie “OBA IJAYA ” produced by @mukarayofficial my vendors, friends and my flower girls no wedding is taking place again oooo😄😄😄😄😄😄😄Enjoy your Saturday my lovers 💋💋💋💋💋”.

Bimbo is formerly married to Ola Ibironke of Dudu Heritage.
The union produced two children.
