“I don’t pity people” – Comedian Princess reacts after being criticized for not condoling with Davido

Popular Nigerian comedian Princess in a video has slammed Nigerians who stormed her page to troll her for not condoling with singer Davido over the death of his son, Ifeanyi

The tragic news that Davido and his fiancee Chioma lost their son yesterday, October 31st 2022 sparked a lot of reactions from Nigerians as many trooped to express their condolences.

Ifeanyi died by drowning at his dad’s Banana Island home. He was rushed to Evercare Hospital in Lekki where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

However, Princess comedian in the video shared disclosed that upon opening her page netizens rained curses on her, wished her evil alongside her children because she had earlier posted on her Instagram before consoling Davido.

Reacting to this, Princess who now works abroad said she doesn’t know that anything happens to the singer as she noted that she has been on the road since morning, running around for a batter life since she left her house since morning in the rain.

She said that it’s not everyone that goes to Instagram early in the morning noting that she only posted on her page and she didn’t go online to search for anything.

She added that she is a lover of a kids and she feels bad for Davido and Chioma as she prays to God to give them the fortitude to bear the deep loss while returning the curses rained on her by social media users.

In her words;”I don’t pity people I empathize with them, let mourn it in peace, I’m not close to them, but as I know Davido is good person and this boy (Chioma) is a young and innocent, promising young boy, it’s such a pain, nothing painful can be compared to parent loosing a child, I pray to God to comfort Chioma and Davido. I pray to God that no evil will come to to any of our children.
It’s so painful.”

She accompanied the video with the caption; “Just heard about @davido and @thechefchi son💔💔 I am gutted because we just celebrated the little boy recently. May God grant the family the fortitude to bear this huge loss. May Ifeayin’s gentle soul rest in peace🙏.”
