Popular Nollywood actor, producer and screenwriter, Lekan Olatunji, has narrated how he drained his bank account and sold his two cars cheaply to save his wife, Wunmi, during her battle with cancer.

The actor disclosed this while speaking during an appearance on the “Talk to B” show with actress Biola Bayo.

Olatunji revealed that he was unaware of his wife’s cancer until they underwent a checkup, discovering that it had affected her spinal cord.

The actor said he couldn’t raise enough money despite selling his two cars and draining his bank account before his wife passed away.

“Indians were the ones operating the machines.

“From there, we were given the result, and when we saw the result, it was cancer.

“But instead of reacting in her body, it hit her spinal cord.
