I checked out of life for a year to recoup,” he revealed, describing the depth of his emotional pain. He admitted to battling insomnia, severe anxiety, and crippling paranoia, which made it difficult for him to leave his home.

The entrepreneur said the turning point came when he decided to take accountability. Conducting personal research into mental health and recovery, he discovered that healing began with owning his part in the fallout.
