Popular Nigerian actress Mercy Johnson Okojie has directly addressed and refuted insinuations of marital problems after a fan commented on her not wearing her wedding ring in a recent TikTok video.

The exchange occurred after Mercy Johnson shared a video on the social media platform. A concerned fan took to the comment section to express worry, stating, “Who noticed Mercy is no longer wearing her ring? I hope everything is okay.”

Mercy Johnson swiftly and strongly responded to the comment, writing, “May your thoughts for me be you and your family’s portion. Idiot.”

The actress and her husband, Edo State politician Prince Okojie, have been married for over a decade and share four children. The couple celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary in the previous year.
