The video, which quickly went viral, was shared by actor Ayo Olaiya and featured Joseph Aloba standing casually on location beside a vehicle, dressed in sunglasses and a relaxed outfit.

He was seen warmly interacting with cast members, including actress Fisayomi Abebi. The short clip captured a light-hearted moment as both actors approached him cheerfully, posed for photographs, and exchanged pleasantries.

Olaiya, who posted the video, included a cryptic caption: “In everything, give thanks . Only a fool will keep clinging to a life that’s nothing more than a marketplace for the head. Be your best self while the journey lasts. Kadara by @olayinkasolomon01 is cominggggg.”

As part of his visit, fans and members of the production crew presented Mr Aloba with personalised gifts. These included a framed portrait, throw pillows, custom bracelets labelled “Best Dad,” and decorative clocks, all handed over in a show of appreciation.

While some viewers praised the gesture and his calm public demeanour, others expressed discomfort over his appearance in a film setting while investigations and emotional conversations about Mohbad’s death remain ongoing. For critics, the timing raised concerns about sensitivity and public perception.

Online commentary ranged from supportive to sceptical. Some users noted that everyone grieves differently, defending Aloba’s choice to stay active and visible.

Others questioned whether his participation in film-related engagements so soon was appropriate, given the unresolved circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s passing.
