The clash between the two intensified after Verydarkman released a diss track in which he referred to Portable as “Ole” (Yoruba for thief), resurfacing an old video that showed Portable being paraded for allegedly stealing a tricycle (Keke Napep).

In response, Portable  never one to back down from confrontation  released his own diss track. But it appears the verbal sparring wasn’t enough.

A new video making rounds on social media shows Portable at a traditional shrine, pouring out his grievances before a native doctor, calling on spiritual forces to intervene against Verydarkman and others who have allegedly slandered him.

I’m a child of God but I also know where to go when I’m falsely accused.

“I’m a child of God but I also know where to go when I’m falsely accused,” Portable could be heard saying at the shrine. “They called me a thief — me, Portable! Let the gods judge.”

This move comes after the singer also attempted to involve the Nigerian Police, submitting a petition for the arrest of Verydarkman over defamation and cyberbullying.

The feud, which started online, has since evolved into a multi-platform drama, with both men exchanging insults, legal threats, and now, spiritual warfare.

Fans remain divided, with some backing Portable for defending his name and others calling the shrine visit a publicity stunt.
