Sunshine Rosman reveals she neither drinks nor smokes, enjoying parties and celebrations naturally with energy and joy

Sunshine Rosman, the Nollywood actress, has revealed that she neither smokes nor drinks, insisting that substances are unnecessary for her enjoyment at gatherings.

Speaking on the Open Up podcast, Rosman said her lifestyle choice often surprises colleagues, especially given her high energy at events.

“People often ask me what I drink after seeing my videos. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke either. But guess what? If we are at a party, I would be more turnt than anybody in that room,” she said.

She recounted attending a cast-and-crew party in Enugu after filming, celebrating the success of their project. Sunshine described herself dancing and enjoying the moment with full enthusiasm, leaving many wondering how she maintained such liveliness without alcohol.

“I love celebrating with cast and crew members, especially when you created a beautiful body of work. Those are the kind of parties I like to be at, not randomly at a Lagos club,” Rosman added.
