Ademoye shared the message in a recent video, where she spoke about the demanding nature of filmmaking and the effort, pressure and personal sacrifices often hidden behind finished productions.

The actress said filmmakers frequently experience challenges away from the public eye, despite presenting polished content and maintaining a positive image online.

“Please be kind to filmmakers today; we really do go through a lot. Underneath the smiles, the posts, the beautiful captions, sometimes we cry in silence, because unless you wear the shoes, you really won’t understand,” Ademoye wrote.

She acknowledged that audiences have the right to express their opinions about films but encouraged viewers to communicate their views with consideration.

“Review with kindness, be better with your words. Nobody is saying you shouldn’t critique a film, but at least you can let your displeasure be known without being mean, all in the name of bluntness,” she added.

Her comments highlight an ongoing conversation within the entertainment industry about the relationship between creators and audiences, particularly around online reviews and social media discussions.

Ademoye also expressed gratitude to her supporters, thanking fans who continue to encourage her work and stand by her during difficult moments.

“Dear cyber family! Thank you! For your love, your support, your patience. I may not be able to respond to all of you, but know that in those dark times, your messages kept me going,” she said.
