Nollywood actress and filmmaker Bolaji Ogunmola has praised fellow actor Daniel Etim-Effiong for his professionalism and discipline while acting romantic roles.

Speaking during an interview on the Jay On-Air podcast, Ogunmola said both actors maintain strict professional boundaries, which helps them deliver convincing performances on screen.

The actress explained that professionalism remains essential when handling emotionally intense or romantic scenes in films.

“Major shout to Daniel, he’s a very disciplined person,” she said.

According to Ogunmola, her approach to acting focuses on portraying characters authentically rather than becoming emotionally attached to co-stars during filming.

“Personally when it comes to work, I have very strict boundaries. When doing romantic films, it’s not Daniel that I’m working with, it is his character,” she stated.

She added that maintaining that mindset allows actors to create believable chemistry without compromising professionalism.

“I need to make it believable for the audience. I don’t want to waste my audience’s time or money. I want you all to fully believe what I am doing,” she added.
