Davido faces legal battle over alleged Cyberbullying by baby mama Sophia Momodu
Nigerian music sensation Davido, born David Adeleke, is embroiled in a new controversy as his first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, accuses him of cyberbullying and harassment. Momodu’s legal team, PUNUKA Attorneys and Solicitors, issued a cease-and-desist letter to Davido’s representatives, alleging organized online attacks, defamatory remarks, and threats against Momodu and her associates.
The letter contends that such actions violate Momodu’s constitutional rights and decency principles. Momodu’s lawyer warns Davido of accountability for any harm caused. The development follows a petition by Tiwa Savage against Davido to the Nigerian police.
