Yoruba veteran actor Dele Odule has issued a stern warning to members of his inner circle, emphasising that loyalty is paramount and betrayal will not be tolerated.

In a recent Instagram post, the House of Gaa star, who currently serves as the President of the Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria, wrote that no matter how important someone may be to him, if he realises he means nothing to them, they will become a stranger.

“Let me make one thing clear to you, I don’t care how important you are to me, the moment you make it clear I’m not important to you, you become a stranger. I have learned that loyalty is everything. If you can’t see my worth, then you have no place in my life. I don’t waste time on people who do not value me,” Odule wrote.

The actor suggested that some individuals may have attempted to manipulate or play mind games with him, adding that while he often chooses to remain silent, he is always observant.

Dele Odule has previously opened up about heartbreak on social media, sharing in 2025 that the wrong partner can leave one shattered, while the right person can guide someone from pain to peace.
