Nollywood actress Liz Da Silva marked her 48th birthday on Wednesday, sharing new photographs and heartfelt reflections on life, growth and gratitude with fans and colleagues on social media.

Liz Da Silva took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone, describing herself as “still becoming, still shining, still blessed” as she expressed appreciation for the gift of life and the opportunity to witness another year.

The actress said she remained grateful for every lesson, achievement and experience that had shaped her journey.

“Chapter 48. Still becoming, still shining, still blessed. Grateful for the gift of life and the grace to see another beautiful year.

Thankful for every lesson, every win, and every moment that has shaped me into who I am today,” she wrote.

In a separate post, Liz Da Silva described herself as “still that girl” despite the passing years, adding that she continues to enjoy a soft life, a soft heart and strong grace.

The birthday celebration attracted warm messages from several prominent figures in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

Actress Toyin Abraham declared her love for the celebrant, while Mercy Aigbe, Faithia Williams, Ashabi and Ayo Adesanya also sent goodwill messages to mark the occasion.

On her 45th birthday, Liz Da Silva described herself as being in a season of fulfilment and expressed gratitude for God’s grace and unwavering love.
